What counts as fair use?
No hard token cap and no meter. This plan is specifically targeted towards interactive coding sessions, not 24/7 agents. While there is no hard limit enforced if you keep using it for more than 14 hours per day look at our full instances.
What happens beyond my concurrency?
Calls queue instead of failing. No 429s, and a queued request never costs extra — it just waits its turn.
What does burstable mean?
Beyond your first concurrent requests, you can have more in parallel that are processed with a lower priority and may be slower.
Can I switch between Coder and Coder+?
Yes, any time from the console. The change applies from your next invoice.
Is my data used to train anything?
No. We have a Zero Data Retention policy, so your prompts are neither saved nor logged anywhere.
Where does this run?
EU hardware, EU jurisdiction. No US hyperscaler sits in the serving path. Find all our sub-processors here
Can I cancel any time?
No minimum term and no notice period. Stripe is the merchant of record, so cancelling stops the next invoice outright.
